  As CEO of a multimillion-dollar organization and an experienced executive leader, Crystal Officer brings proven expertise in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and leadership development to her role as Principal Consultant at Splendor Strategic Solutions.  With two decades of experience leading change across eleven states, including executive positions in Chicago and currently in the St. Louis region, Crystal understands the complexities of organizational leadership at every level. Her journey from Direct Support Professional to CEO gives her a unique perspective on building effective organizations from the ground up.

Crystal's commitment to continuous learning and excellence is reflected in her extensive education and professional development. She holds a Master's in Public Administration from Murray State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her professional development includes certifications from prestigious institutions: Strategy Execution, Disruptive Strategy, and Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online; Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University; Corporate Communication from Cornell University; and Artificial Intelligence in Business from Harvard's Division of Continuing Education. She also holds professional certification in Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Development, bringing a comprehensive approach to leadership and organizational change.
